These shoes feature META-FLEX technology in the forefoot to offer optimal multi-directional flexibility that moves with the natural motion of your foot. The META-PLATE flexible rock plate provides increased underfoot protection while flexing with your foot's natural gait.

The POWERHEEL design, which is 40% denser than the forefoot, offers maximum power and mechanical advantage when lifting weights. The External Heel Cage provides support in the heel, while the welded toe bumpers protect your toes during various movements.
